Во все времена любой трудовой коллектив состоял из команды единомышленников, возглавляемой талантливым организатором каждого вида труда. С каждым последующим витком развития человеческого общества появлялись новые контроля; новые техники организации политического устройства успешно практиковались во всем мире. Именно эта смежность политики и трудовой администрации как персонала, так и всего трудового процесса в конечном итоге сформировали современное понимание профессии директор. На мой взгляд, рано или поздно любой сотрудник из разряда подчиненного переходит в разряд руководителя и при этом успешно добивается любых поставленных целей.Но ещё нужно помнить что такая професия трудна и очень большая ответсвенность весит на плечах 1 человека! 

The history of the profession is as old as the director . At all times, any workers' collective consisted of a team of associates , led by a talented organizer of each type of labor. In ancient Rome, a special importance was attached to the word , and the oratory was mandatory attribute of a good leader . With each step of the development of human society there were new ways to control , new techniques of political organization unit successfully practiced throughout the world. It is this policy of contiguity and labor administrations of both staff and the whole labor process ultimately shaped the modern understanding of the profession director .In my opinion , sooner or later, any member of a subordinate rank goes into the category leader while successfully achieves all the goals.

First of all I want to tell you that my best friend's name is Igor and he is 15. He is the best person I have ever met. A few  words about his appearance. His height is nearly 149 cm. But he'd like to be a bit taller.  Igor has a round face as everyone has, a bit long nose and big cheerful grey eyes. His forehead is open.  His hair isn't very short but it's not long either. It is straight and black.  I think that he looks like his father. My friend is very active and creative, cheerful and curious. But the best thing is that he is reliable. We spend much time together. We go for a walk, we play tennis, listen our favorite music, play computer games, watch TV, do things which we like. I love my friend.    Прежде всего, я хочу сказать вам, что моего друга зовут Игорь и ему 15. Она самый лучший человек, которого я когда-либо встречал. Несколько слов об его внешности. Его рост около 149 см. Но он хотел бы быть немного выше. 
У Игоря круглое лицо, как и у всех, немного длинный нос и большие радостные серые глаза.  Eго лоб открытый.   Его волосы не очень короткие, но это не длинные. Они прямые и  черные. Я думаю, что он похож на своего отца. Мой друг очень активный и творческий, жизнерадостный и любознательный. Но самое главное - он надежный. Мы проводим много времени вместе. Мы ходим гулять, играем в теннис, слушаем нашу любимую музыку, играем в компьютерные игры, смотрим телевизор, делаем вещи, которые нам нравятся. Я люблю моего друга.
