I do shopping once a month and my favourite shopping centre is «Gorizont». It takes me 3 hours to buy necessary goods. Then they choose the right size, model, colour of a thing, try a thing on, find out the price.Finally make a purchase.Customers can pay cash or by credit card.Shop assistants must be polite with customers.Shop assistan asks customer if he can help,helps to choose the right thing,shows where the fitting rooms are,leads to the cash desk,accepts customer`s payment and ,of course,gives customer change,reciept and purchase.In shops,which sell expensive goods,for example furniture or hi-fi,customers can make purchase in credit. There are many big and modern shopping centres in our city, where people can combine shopping with leisure.
