honestly i think not. too much stress on our bodies can contribute to our body. sometimes we can stretch something in our neck or vertebral column. maybe for people who go in for sports every day or once every other day it may be normal for them, but not for people who have only recently begun to double the load. if we double the load, then we need to do it in a built manner, otherwise we will suddenly break something for ourselves.
