There is hardly any person who would not like to live a long life staying healthy. For that we need good health, a precious treasure given us by nature. Of course, some people can inherit bad diseases from their parents but totally there are many opportunities to take care of your own health. Nowadays people have started to realize that good healthis very important, much more important than wealth. To be in good health people must follow a healthylife style, to do things that will help keep a healthy body and mind, to feel fit.But what else must one do to be healthy? It’s necessary to stick to some rules to keep your body and mind in proper shape.
We all like tasty food and we stuff ourselves with all kinds of fat food, hamburgers and chips,pizza and hot dogs. But tasty things are not always healthy.Such food leads to obesity and obesity causes diabetes, heart diseases and other serious health problems. So to avoid this we should give preferences to home- made meals with a lot offish, lean, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, rough sorts of bread, crops and etc.
Another serious problem of people in modern society is lack of exercise. People are always in a hurry but still they are not physically active. They stay too long in front of computers and TV-sets. As for me I try to keep to healthy life style.
