Hi my friend Mike (an Englishman). I find it interesting to learn about English dishes. I found out that your favorite dish of chocolate pudding. how it to prepare, I learned from the cookbook. look here : For this recipe you will need:

cocoa, 3 tbsp.
cream - 1-2 tbsp.
sugar - 60g
- 1/2 Cup milk
breadcrumbs - 125 ml
butter - 50g
egg - 2 PCs.
cognac - 1 tbsp.
almonds (grated) - 2 st.l.
soda - 1/2 tsp.
flour - 60g.

Cocoa mix with breadcrumbs, add milk or cream, macerate for 10 minutes. Oil, mix with the sugar and RUB well, add yolks, flour and soda, and then breadcrumbs, almonds and cognac. Separately beat the whites with the sugar and add to the dough. The cooked dough is placed in the form for a pudding and cook in a steam bath for 1 hour. In hot form to submit with vanilla sauce.
