4 TASK You work for the city council. There is no more space to throw away
rubbish and the city needs to save
money. Discuss the questions and find a
solution to the city's rubbish problem.
1 Decide how people should separate their
rubbish. How many categories should there be?
Will the council provide containers?
2 Decide if there is a limit to how much can be
thrown away. If there is, will you charge people
for throwing away more rubbish?
3. Decide what happens to the different types of
rubbish, eg what happens to all the glass?​

Каникулы Баркерс А. Жизнь на ферме была интересная. Они часто играли игры со своими друзьями. На ферме было много животных: лошадей , коров , овец и коз . Дети бабушке и дедушке с животными . Так же они поливали цветы в бабушкином саду. B. В августе Джон и Салли были в Нью Йорке . Там они были со своими родителями . Oни любили Нью Йорк с его зелеными улицами и старыми красивыми домами. . Они остановились в отеле и это им очень понравилось . Еда была хорошая, номера были удобными, люди были хороши . Каникулы Брэйкерсов были замечательны . C. ЛеЛетоБрэйкерсы много путешествовал . В июле Джон и Салли были в Шотландии . Они остались со своими бабушкой и дедушкой на ферме. Дети отправились в Шотландию на поезде . Погода была чудесная . Было солнечно и очень тепло. Джон и Салли наслаждались едой в поезде.

My young friends,
 I am so happy to have the opportunity to address to you today. I remember the words of my parents and teachers, when I was at your age - they had a significant impact on my future attitude to studies and life in general and it was also very important for me to listen to my friends, who were older. They were like a vivid example of successful and interesting life for me. In fact, it was not because of great speech they made, but the thing is that their personality shone so bright and mattered more than their words.
That's why I'm so happy to speak to you, because I see the same shining eyes I had when I was a young child. I feel that my words will stay in your memory not because  they are unique, but because you are unique and your attitude to life is unique, too. 
Of course, I wish you success in your studies and patience and the will to win. But above it all I'd ask you to save your curiosity and openmindidness like the main treasures you have.
