Соединенное Королевство Великобритании Северной Ирландии  расположено на Британских островах. Они лежат в северо-западной Европе. Британские острова отделены от континента узким проливом который называется-Английский Канал. Соединенное Королевство состоит из 4 частей: Англия, Шотландия, Уэльс и Северная Ирландия, центральная часть, занимающая большую часть острова Великобритании. К северу лежит Шотландия и к западу располагается третья часть страны, Уэльс. Четвертая часть называется Северная Ирландия и она расположена н втором острове. Каждая часть имеет свою столицу. Столица Англии это Лондон, Уэльса - Кардифф, Шотландии - Эдинбург и главный город Северной Ирландии это Белфаст. Великобритания это страна лесов и равнин. Здесь, в стране,нет высоких гор. Шотландия это самый гористый регион с высочайшей точкой, Бэн Невис. Реки Великобритании не длинные. Самые протяженные реки это Темза и Северн. Столища Соединенного Королевства, Лондон, стоит на берегу Темзы. так как стана окружена многими морями, здесь есть несколько больших портов на побережье: Лондон, Глазго, Плимут и другие. Уэльс это страна озер. Здесь находится самое знаменитое озеро в мире - Лох-Несс. Моря и океаны влияют на Британский климат который не очень холодный зимой и никогда жаркий летом. Великобритания это красивая страна со старыми традициями и хорошими людьми.
