Someone is afraid of a confined space, some are planes, and some can even be startled by a duck (anatidephobia, heard of such?). Fears are different, but they all have something in common - they are very good at poisoning their lives. I have a wealth of experience in this business, so I share ways to overcome fear. One of the things that really scares me is traveling to the subway. Yes, Valery Syutkin has dedicated a song to this amazing mode of transport, but as for me, let him go here and there, here and there. And I also really like series and I watch them all the time. Even when I do yoga and stand in the crooked dog pose (and this happens even less often).
