Dear Jane, I can’t say that I am fine. I have been here in London for two months now. The weather is nasty here. It has been raining since morning. I think it always rains here in spring. Anyway, it has rained every Saturday and Sunday since we came here two months ago. Besides it was foggy and windy and we stay home almost every weekend. And I felt unhap py and bored. Last Sunday the weather forecast promised fine weather, and we planned a sightseeing tour. But in the morning when I woke up it started pouring and it never stopped. I hope next Sunday it will be fine and sunny and I will be able to see something of London. When I have a chance to see the sights of London I will write a long letter to you. Love, Tommy.
