В Past Simple глагол-сказуемое ставил во 2 форму (к правильным глаголам добавляем окончание -ed, у неправильных глаголов смотрим табличку 2 столбик)

Отрицательная и вопросительная форма - вс глагол did

Did she speak? She didn't speak.
Present Continuous образуется по формуле: am, is, are + глагол с окончанием -ing
