A pleasant day almost turned to tragedy for two families at Ladram beach last week-end.
The children in the party asked their parents to let them explore a bay situated at a distance. The parents hesitated but they let them if they will be back soon.
They were climbing up the rocks and then they were out of sight. They failed to notice the time passing, until the tide was coming in quickly. The water was too deep for them to pass. One of them was good at swimming so he left the others sitting on the rock while he got back to warn the parents.
He struggled in water and rushed to the parents fast. But eventually parents saved the children.
Gladly the kid warned them in time.
