Чтобы образовать предложение в пассивном залоге, нам следует после подлежащего поставить глагол to be в нужной форме (am/is/are в Present Simple; am/is/are being в Present Continuous; was/were в Past Simple; has been в Present Perfect; will be в Future Simple и т.д.), а после него поставить смысловой глагол Past Participle (если глагол правильный, то мы добавляем окончание -ed, если глагол неправильный, то мы берём глагол из третьей колонки таблицы неправильных глаголов). Если мы хотим сказать, что что-то делается с кого-то (чего-то), то добавляем предлог by.
