Ну, первым абзацом в нескольких предложений (3-4) рассказываешь небольшую биографическую справку об этом человеке, поясняешь кто он такой и чем занимается.

Второму абзацу уделяешь тему почему ты им восхищаешься, что тебя в нем вдохновляет и чем ты хочешь быть на него похожим/ей. Ну типа знаешь, моя мамка делает офигенный супец и я хочу тоже научиться делать такой.

В заключении можно написать почти то же самое, что и во второй части. Ну, типа, этот человек является для меня авторитетом долгое время, ля тополя
