I personally favor, because when the student has a school uniform, he looks like a business, and school uniform is preparing to advance business style that is so (strictly) to go to work. Sometimes you want to come and show the new sweater / hoodie or ripped jeans, but you can not and the student understands and adheres to the rules.
Я лично ЗА, потому что, когда ученик носит школьную форму, он выглядит более деловым, и школьная форма заранее готовит к деловому стилю, что именно так ( строго) нужно ходить на работу. Иногда хочеться прийти и показать новую кофточку/толстовку или рваные джинсы, но НеЛЬзЯ и ученик это понимает и придерживается правил.
