If I went to a desert island, I'd take the following things: a knife and a rope to get food and, may be, to make the cabin. Also I'd take a lighter or matches to make a camp-fire and cook meals. Of course, fresh water is needed in case there is no fresh water on the island. The boat is needed to try to get home or at least to catch some fish. Well, the best thing I would take is a flare, because it's the most effective way to attract attention. To conclude, I want to say that I would not like to be on a desert island, perhaps it is interesting, but dangerous.
