I would like you to be informed about my experience that I have had recently. I decided to buy a new TV yesterday but when I got home, I noticed that it was none of what I was choosing that long, and I was given the wrong model by mistake. Definitely, I complained about this but one of your employees was really rude to me. The shop assistant's name is Tom Sullivan. The point is, he refused my offering to provide him a check which I always take with me just for troubles like that. And thereby he was trying to call into question my rights concerning this occasion. Also, I would like to note that I had two witnesses nearby, therefore they may easily agree with my opinion. I am regretting of what I am doing, but I should because I purchase a lot of things precisely from you for quite a long time and have never seen such improper behaviour and bad service.
Taking all above mentioned into consideration I think it is absolutely inappropriate situation, and I need you to get already done your best about this and give my money back or change the wrong model to the right one. I look forward to your reply and a resolusion to my problem.
