Holidays in Great Britain Christmas is considered to be one of the most important
and favourite holidays. It's celebrated on the 25th of
December. It's a family holiday. People try to get together
and have a family dinner with traditional food Everybody
decorates a Christmas tree. It's also a tradition to send
Christmas cards and to exchange presents. This holiday is
a lot more important than New Year's Eve. It's celebrated
on the 31st of December and it's more like a party, because
people usually sing, dance and toast the New Year. In
Scotland people celebrate Hogmanay during this day.
Then, on the 1st of January, there comes New Year's Day
It's a bank holiday. It means that most official
organizations are closed​

Как оставаться здоровым

Чтобы оставаться здоровым нужно:

1) соблюдать режим дня ( желательно)

2) правильно питаться ( можно употреблять fast food, но не злоупотреблять им и есть как можно реже)

3) заниматься спортом, хотя бы несколько раз в неделю делать какую нибудь разминку или зарядку, а лучше всего конечно будет записаться на какую нибудь спортивную секцию

4) раз в год или полгода принимать витамины, для того чтобы укреплять иммунную систему( но это ы принципе не обязательно)

5) не заводить себе вредных привычек, а если есть, то постараться как можно быстрее от них избавится

6) проводить как можно больше времени на свежем воздухе ( хотя бы около 1-2 часов)

I cannot stay without a book, it is my everything. This is where I get knowledge, new and interesting experience, information, emotions and feelings. The book is our guide, which is difficult to do without. You can read almost everywhere, this is an activity when you are bored. They used to learn information from books, as now from the Internet, and all the same, books are difficult to replace. Their format is changing, they are becoming better, more modern and fashionable, but still it is very interesting to read them. Not all schools have e-books and therefore they use textbooks, but what is it? That's right, the book. Without them our life would be incomplete and more boring.
