Kimi raikkonenaPony nicknamed "Yeti", "Iceman", because of his cold and unabashed character. Talent Kimi Raikkonen opened at an early age. He made his debut in karting in ten years. Rising to the highest level of Formula 1 from the very bottom, he went through: Formula Ford, Formula Super A and Formula Renault. The culmination of the junior championships was a victory in seven out of ten races in Formula Renault, the championship of Great Britain and as a consequence of the champion title. His "form" was enough to the team Sauber invited him as a test pilot in September 2000. And in 2001, he already became the team's main pilot, having only 23 racing stages behind him. But this did not affect his debut in Formula 1 on the track in Melbourne, where Kimi came sixth, earning thereby the first points. Having won nine points in the debut season, he opened his way to McLaren, taking the place of ex-world champion and just a great guy Miki Hakkinen. Despite technical problems, he finished the championship in the tenth position, enjoying the sixth place at the grand prix of Australia. The first victory of Raikkonen came in 2003 at the grand prix of Malaysia, where he was able to beat Rubens Barrichello, for a solid 39 seconds, while he qualified for the seventh starting position. Ten times on the podium during the season, he finished second in the championship, losing only two points to Michael Schumacher, who for the sixth time became world champion. 2004 was not comforting for Raikkonen, he was able to score just 45 points, against 91 in the previous season. 2005 was a great success, but not so much, as Kimi Raikkonen would have wanted. He won seven races and earned 112 points, leveling with the achievement of Alan Prost in 1984 - the highest number of wins in the season without a won title.
