Кто хорошо понимает ! нужна проверьте на наличие ошибок сочинение)) the only possible way of preserving one's health is healthy way of life which includes keeping fit, balanced meals and giving up unhealthy habits like drinking, smoking, and drugs. it is important to have a proper diet. in order to be healthy and feel good a person should have regular meals. a healthy diet contains reduced amounts of cholesterol, fat, sugar and salt. it helps protect our body from a wide range of diseases such as heart diseases, liver diseases, and cancer. excessive dieting can be also dangerous. the lack of food can lead to anorexia and even death to my opinion, one of the best ways to stay healthy and fit is to go in for various sports. a person should play sports, go jogging, play different games, and walk a lot. of course, not everybody can do sports professionally, but we all can do our morning exercises at least. physical exercises build muscles, burn fat & improve people’s mood. i think people are becoming more health-conscious. to my opinion, the number of smoking and alcohol drinking people is decreasing in our country. this fact means that we are moving in the right direction and it is very pleasing.
