Physical activity plays an important role in the development of overall health and prevents various diseases. Apart from preventing diseases, playing sports is an excellent physical activity and thus aids in improving the functional capabilities of body. Sports are not only beneficial to young people, but also for older generations. However, it is always good to start early. Kids should be encouraged in participating in playing sports at school or at social events. This helps in obtaining the maximum amount of positive results of playing sports involving physical activity. Many older people find improved alertness over time if they engage in sports.

I went to a bright warm a small room: a table, a bed, cupboards with books and toys. This is my room. I am here spend most of the time - do classes, reading, playing. My room has its own name: there are books that I needed to learn, developing me as a person. I love to read the encyclopedia to find answers to my questions. In free time I play educational games: chess, polusalto, "NEP". Modern games help kids prepare for adult life, serious problems. Toys are not just bring joy into the lives of children, they create some kind of joyful and good, surprisingly gentle atmosphere. They are a means of understanding the world and children.    Year by year I grow, and toys are the same. Initially, they were my loyal assistants and friends, but now I look at them indulgently. Exit carefree childhood, ahead of time to mature.
