Summer I wait not with patience, I love summer. I have plans for the summer already. I would like to go to the sea at the beginning of the summer with friends. At sea, we would go swimming and having fun. After going to the sea, I would continue to work animators. Then I would go to the river with friends, to the park and to the cinema. Summer is a beautiful couple, you can walk longer, warm, and not worry about their studies. At the end of the summer I would have started preparing for school, buying notebooks and things. Hurry summer.

Life today is not like how it was before. Along time ago, people ate foods that are very good for their health. They ate foods that do not contain chemicals, preservatives, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. People also had a lot of time to cook their own foods. Therefore those people were not been affected by the food that they ate, because all of the foods that they had were natural foods and healthy. That's way they did not have any problem on their health and they lived longer than now. But these days, every one is busy and don't have time to cook their own food. People eat foods that are easily cooked or ready cooked. They do not even think of what they eat, and if it can effect their health or not. That is a bad way that most people do because our health depends on what we eat daily. Foods are the building blocks of every cell in the body, are responsible for the proper functioning of the whole body. It is important, for that reason, to know what is good for our body and what is not. Foods can be classified into two types, unhealthy (junk) and healthy food.

Healthy Foods. It is referred as the food which is beneficial for health in terms of nutrition and it also fits your body. Healthy food may be considered as organic food (pure from chemicals), whole foods and natural food etc.

Unhealthy Foods. The best way to describe the unhealthy food is the less nutritional food containing high amount of calories, fat and sugar. This type of food is high in protein although body needs protein but in a particular amount.
