Well, I think that a language school in St. Petersburg is the best choice. Firstly, it is a wonderful city in which you can easily practice the Russian language. Also, all prices in St. Petersburg are lower than in Moscow. In my opinion, you should visit the Hermitage, drawbridges, Peterhof, the Winter Palace, the Mariinsky Theater and the Summer Garden. As for weather it's unpredictable in St. Petersburg. However, in summer there is very good weather, about 20-25 degrees Celsius.
