Colds and flu are really distasteful feelings. So let me give some advices for other students. Firstly you need to avoid sick people among you. I think that fact needs no explanation. Then wash you hands more often. Especially if you usually come to public places. There are too much bacterium’s on it. Also you need to make physical exercises a habit, because physical exercises helps to improve your immune system. That’s was some little advices for everybody who want to avoid getting colds and flu.
