modern medicine is expensive, and pills usually have side effects. many people also argue that they treat the symptoms, not the cause of the problem for all these reasons, some doctors believe taking more and more medication can't be a good solution to health problems. some suggest exercise could be a more effective treatment for certain health conditions. between health and exercise isn't new lived around 2,500 years ago, when doctors in greece believed that good health depended on the body being in balance. the theory, which some people still believe today, is that if you are ill your body must be out of balance. to keep the body in balance, you must have the right diet and do the right amount of exercise- not too little and not too much. however, this relationship he doctors know that exercise reduces pain in people with illnesses such as arthritis. because strong muscles help support the bones and joints. exercise might also lead to a reduction in painful inflammation, or exercise helps swelling, in the body exercise can also help people with mental health problems, like depression. for example, some scientists think swimming in cold water in lakes and in the sea may be a better, and more effective treatment than antidepressants. they are not sure yet why it works exactly, but they see it does.
this would make treatment cheaper and probably safer for the individual. furthermore, cold water swimmers also get fewer infections. in particular, they don't seem to catch as many colds and flu as others. one of the reasons people get depressed is because they don't live near friends and family to talk to about problems. in fact, some countries now recognize loneliness as a big problem and cause of poor health. one solution may be to join a sports club. taking part in group activities can help people feel they belong and take their minds off their own problems.

Pupil FSM. Participant in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship. He became one of 16 footballers who managed to score at the age of 17 in the highest league of the Russian Championship - on April 16, 2006, Pavel distinguished himself for Torpedo in the match against Krylya Sovetov.

In early 2007, he moved to CSKA, was announced in the summer. He made his debut on July 29, 2007 in a home game against the club “Khimki”, coming out in the first team [9]. The first goal for CSKA scored in a match against Ramen “Saturn” on August 10, 2008 [10].

In October 2011, Mamaev was transferred to CSKA youth for disciplinary reasons [11].

In 2012, he negotiated with several European clubs about his transfer [12], in particular, his transfer to Manchester United was 80% ready [13] - he had already signed a contract, and then it turned out that there was not enough matches for the national team [14] [15]. Since then, Mamaev ceased to be part of the main team of his team and was eventually rented (with the option to purchase the contract) to Krasnodar [16], where he became a player in the main team. He was able to distinguish himself in the game against CSKA October 27, 2013 (5: 1), scoring the “goal of prestige” [17]. Krasnodar was planning to buy out a soccer player’s contract from the Moscow club [18], which he did at the end of the autumn part of the championship [19] [20]. On April 16, in the Russian Cup semi-final against CSKA (0: 1), which ended in victory for Krasnodar, the Achilles tendon ruptured and dropped out of the game for five months. On October 2, 2014, he returned to the pitch in a match with Everton.
