On the Internet there is a huge amount of information on this topic. To cope with stress, you need to read a lot of articles or go to specialists (for money, of course). Therefore, I had an idea to collect useful information in one document, not very large and easily readable. Many tips and techniques I tried on myself. Now I want to share them with you.
