In Russia many people and, unfortunately, many of them use drugs, alcohol and smoking. This is a great loss for our country's population, and therefore the Ministry of Health to create advertising that make people think. On cigarette packets are always written about the effects of smoking as well, and the bottles of vodka. Ministry of Health to take care of our health and do everything that people were smoking and drinking and using drugs as little as possible, because Russia is a large and powerful country great!
