These two days i didn't really have a healthy diet. i'd say i was eating and drinking just as every other day. so these days i ate some fruits and berries (like apples, bananas, strawberries etc.) also i ate steak with spaghetti, soup and pancakes. furthermore i'm a sweet tooth so i ate some sweets and chocolates. mostly i drunk water, but also orange juice, tea and soda.
Iate cake, sangwich, spagetty and drank water, coca-cola, tea two days ago. and i ate pizza, soup and drank coffee yesterday. i don't think, what this food was useful, but it's tasty. usually, i eat only useful food and don't eat fast-food.
