Мы должны питаться правильно, не забывать есть фрукты и овощи, поддерживаться режиму, не забывать завтракать, обедать и ужинать, следует пить много воды, тогда наш организм будет очищаться и мы будем чувствовать себя хорошо. Наше тело будет здоровым и красивым. Если мы будем придерживаться этой норме, а так же заниматься спортом, то наш организм будет сильным. Но если мы будем есть много фастфуда и полуфабрикатов, то нам станет хуже, нам будет тяжело двигаться и работать. Надеюсь мы все будем питаться правильно и не забывать об этом.

We must eat right, do not forget to eat fruits and vegetables, maintain the regime, do not forget to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, you should drink a lot of water, then our body will be cleaned and we will feel good. Our body will be healthy and beautiful. If we adhere to this norm, as well as exercise, our body will be strong. But if we eat a lot of fast food and semi-finished products, it will become worse, it will be difficult for us to move and work. I hope we all eat right and don't forget it.
My favourite food is pizza. I enjoy takeaway pizza because it's convenient and cooked by professionals but I also love making pizza myself. There is nothing better than a classic Italian tomato and mozzarella pizza. I make pizza dough by mixing together yeast, a bit of sugar and salt with warm water. I let the mixture sit for a few minutes before adding bread flour and olive oil to it. I first combine the mixture with a wooden spoon and once a dough starts to form I work the rest together with hands. I knead the dough for 10 minute until smooth and then place it into a warm place for an hour to proof. When the dough is risen, I take it out of the bowl and knead it again for a few minute and then leave it for a second proof for half an hour. When the dough is ready to be used I place it onto a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. I place this pizza base onto a preheated pizza tray then spread some olive oil and tomato paste over the pizza base. I then sprinkle some Italian seasoning and granulated garlic over the base, place sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella and basil leaves on top and put it into a preheated grill for 15 minutes. When the pizza comes out of the grill it smells and looks fantastic. Nothing can beat a family dinner with home-made pizza. Delicious home-made pizza makes everyone smile. I wish I could eat it every day!
