I go to typical school where I have only two PE lessons a week. We have a really good teacher at our school. His lesons are effective. There is a good equipment in our school. We have a lot of gym apparatus, balls, mats and so on. Very often our school PE teacher holds the competitions. I always take part in them. Also I go to the Volleyball Club in our school. I like team sports, because it teaches us responsibility. Every year in May we organise cheerleading and volleyball competitions. The best athletes are usually very hard-working and disciplined students. Sport is important for physical and mental health.
It's important to express yourself through clothes but not too aggressively. Better to dress the way you like to. Fashion spoils society. It doesn't matter to me how the person is dressed, so I think he or she can dress as they want to. It doesn't matter if it's fashionable or if it's his or her personal style.
I think that a person's clothes show the inner essence. If a man is dressed fashionably but doesn't have a personal style that he or her would follow constantly then this person is probably obsessed with what the crowd things and is flabby.
It's not necessary to dye your hair in bright colour or wear extraordinary clothes to stand out from the crowd. The most important thing is to not listen to people who try to impose something different and find what you like yourself. Don't give a single damn (вы уверены, что хотите использовать выражение "плевать на мнение окружающих"? Предлагаю заменить на "не обращать внимания" - don't pay attention to) about the other's opinion because you only live once and it would be stupid to spend your life on following fashion trends.
