Many people's favourite hobby is sport. They spend much of their time playing team games like football,basketball,baseball,games for two or four people,like tennis or golf or practising an individual sport like runnig or swimming. 
All kinds of sport can be divided into different groups: indoor and outdoor sports, summer and winter sports. The most popular outdoor winter sports are shooting, hunting, hockey, snow-skating, skiing. 
Professional sport is an exciting creative sphere of hard work and competition. Sport provides an opportunity for people to express themselves. It can provide a challenge (вызов) and can break down economic and social barriers. But sport is not just for participants; it’s for spectators too. Millions of people all over the world spend hours every week watching sports events on television, or at stadium. Of course, spectators particularly enjoy watching international matches and contests, and events such as the Olympic Games or the Football World Cup attract more and more spectators.
People who go in for sport even not professionally exercise not only their body but also their spirit. That’s why sport can help people to get rid of bad habits. 

I like sport. It plays a great role in my activities. Most of all I like to play basketball. I am a very good player and often take part in different sport competitions. Sometimes we win them but sometimes we lose. Basketball is a  team game. It is played in any season because you play this game is indoors game. It is played in a gym. But sometimes you can see streetball - basketball in an open air. There are two baskets in this exciting game and only one orange ball.  Players must throwthe ballto the basket and get to it to score a goal. There are two teams  with only five players.Many people keen in sport because it makes us healthy and help us to be fit.  During you play any sport game you are active and it helps you to burn many calories. Basketball is an active game. It makes people be strong, healthy and energetic. It is a game for everybody even for disabled people.To my mind any sport is risky and dangerous. Basketball is risky too because every minute you can break your arm or leg or get another problem with your health.I like playing basketball most of all. And I am a basketball fan too. I enjoy watching matches on TV and at the gym. I have been to the gym  twice. It was great.

Мені подобається спорт. Він відіграє велику роль у моїй діяльності. Найбільше я люблю грати в баскетбол. Я дуже хороший гравець, і часто беруть участь у різних спортивних змаганнях. Іноді ми виграємо їх, але іноді ми втрачаємо. Баскетбол командна гра. Він грав у будь-який час року, тому що ви грати в цю гру в приміщенні гра. Він грав в тренажерному залі. На мій погляд, будь-який спорт є ризикованим і небезпечним. Баскетбол є ризикованим теж, тому що кожну хвилину ви можете зламати руку або ногу або отримати іншу проблему зі здоров'ям.
Мені подобається грати в баскетбол найбільше. А я шанувальник баскетболу теж. Мені подобається займатися матчі по телевізору і в тренажерному залі. Я був в тренажерному залі в два рази. Це було здорово.
