Go - Первая форма, will go - для будущего
Is - для 3го лица ед. ч. (пример he is a doctor - он (есть) доктор) есть в переводах опускается, а - маркер, означает что он ОДИН доктор, а не несколько итп, will be - будет, тоже будущее время - he will be a doctor

Comes - тоже, что и come только для 3л ед ч will come - в будущем придет; Phone - звонить, will phone - звонить в будущем
