There are a lot of of conferences which are taking abroad,so you can visit them and listen to a lot of different news and articles about your work. And all in all , in my opinion it is very enjoyable and exciting.
But at this time, there are several disadvantages in working abroad.
Firstly, you have to live far away from your home and family. Secondly, if you haven’t lived before abroad, then it won't be comfortable here for the first time.
