Yesterday was my first working day in a newly set up company. It is crucial for workers to get on well with each other. That’s why I decided to drop in to my colleague’s place after the working day. The weather was good so instead of getting on a bus I went on foot. As luck would have it, I met this colleague on the way, when he was getting out of a car. His friend, as it turned out, picked him up from work. That evening I knew that he had dropped out of school at the age 16 and kept on getting away from any learning activities.
