"If I ruled the world,the world would probably be much better" that's exactly what people say when others ask this question and of course that's what I would say too.The world wouldn't be any better it would just change a bit and that's exactly what people do.That's how our world becomes better, when hundred of rulers change something small. So if anyone ever asked me this question I would say "If I was a ruler I would change a little thing.
