WHAT AN ENGINEER DOES
Engineers plan, design, construct, and manage the use of natural and human resources. They design cars, spacecraft, and medical devices; they can build buildings and bridges; they solve environmental problems; they apply computer technology to a wide range of problems. Because engineers have a strong interest and ability in science, mathematics, and technology, they are team leaders who can take an idea from concept to reality. There are seven major functions that an engineer can pursue within all branches of engineering. These functions are: • ¬¬¬¬- Look for new principles and processes by using scientific and mathematical concepts, experimentation.
• Creatively use the results of research and intelligent application of new ideas to invent a working model of a new machine, chemical process, or computer chip. • Choose the methods and materials necessary to meet technical requirements and performance specifications when a new product is being designed. • Prepare the construction site, arrange the materials, and organize personnel and equipment. • Take care of plant layout, the selection of equipment with regard to the human and economic factors, and the choice of processes and tools as well as checking the flow of materials and components and performing testing and inspections. • Control manufacturing and processing plants and machines as well as determining procedures and supervising the workforce. • Analyze customer needs, solve economic problems, and deal in a variety of other areas depending on the type of organization involved. In addition to diversity of functions, engineering is performed in a wide variety of settings. Engineers work in the testing, production, and maintenance of new products. They oversee production assembly lines, determine why products break down, and administer tests to improve product quality.

People are dressed festively. Women are wearing scarlet dresses and men are wearing robes. The general color gamut of red shades, suggestive of the mystery watching the picture. I like the picture. Общая цветовая гамма красных оттенков наводит на смотрящего картину таинственность. Мне нравится полотно. Я бы с удовольствием показал его моему лучшему другу. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 1995 defined free elections as the fundamental principle of the organization of state power, and the people as the bearer of sovereignty and the only source of state power. The Republic of Kazakhstan is a unitary state with a presidential form of government.
Democratic elections are competitive, periodic and representative elections in which citizens with broad freedom elect their representatives to power structures on an alternative basis. Competitive elections ensure that different political parties and candidates participate in the elections. All of them enjoy freedom of speech, Assembly, movement, and all that is necessary to ensure that their political views are heard and that they can present alternative candidates to voters. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the periodicity of elections, representation of various social groups of the population in government bodies, and openness and transparency of the activities of electoral bodies.
Article 33 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan guarantees the right to elect and be elected to state and local self-government bodies, as well as to participate in the Republican referendum, to citizens of the Republic who have reached the age of 18, regardless of their origin, social, official and property status, gender, race, nationality, language, attitude to religion, beliefs, place of residence or any other circumstances. Citizens who have been declared incompetent by the court or who are held in places of deprivation of liberty by a court sentence have no right to elect, be elected, or participate in the Republican referendum.
