Festival is held on the eve of All Saints' Day - the last October weekend. This festival is traditional for the countries of Western Europe and the United States. But this celebration gets more recently widespread in Russia. After that, all participants are held in the auditorium for the teams to draw home the prizes with haunted. Doctors and nurses are in short supply due to low wages which is resulting in doctors and nurses going abroad and offering their services. There may be a waiting list for some non-emergency treatments and services.
