I usually read detective stories.

Yes, my friends help me with my studies.

My friends help me with chemistry and biology. In chemistry, they help you create electronic and graphic formulas, and in biology, they help you understand the topic "Fundamentals of genetics".

I spend most of my time with my friends.

Because we study together, and after school we go home together.

Dealing with ANXIETY

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness and unease. It can make you feel very unhappy and stop you from enjoying your life. People have a lot of things in their lives that can make them feel anxious. Here are some helpful tips to help you cope with anxiety and feel better.

The best way to stop worrying about something is to distract yourself by doing something else, so you don’t have time to think about your worries for a while. You could a puzzle, watch a film, or just hang out with your friends so that you can forget your troubles for a short while.

Even light exercise can lift your mood, but the harder you work the better and longer-lasting the effect will be. Exercise increases the production of 'feel-good’ chemicals in the brain like serotonin and dopamine, and getting the heart pumping can make you feel energized.

Caffeine processed flour and sweets can affect your mood in a negative way - so avoid them. Instead, eat foods that can improve your mood, such as nuts, broccoli, yoghurt, oranges, whole grains and berries.

Laughter not only relieves anxiety, it also produces pain, fights viruses and heals wounds. If you can find something that makes you laugh out loud, then anxiety will lose its hold over you.
