The London Eye is a London Ferris wheel located in the Lambeth area on the south bank of the Thames. The largest in Europe and one of the largest in the world. Opened in March 2000 year.
From a height of 135 meters (approximately 45 floors) in sunny weather, a view of almost all of London and its environs opens up at a distance of up to 40 kilometers. This Ferris wheel is a family project of the architects David Marx and Julia Barfield. It took six years to bring the project to life.
