Сегодня легко можно купить мебель и её атрибуты в любом (городе) любой страны. Раньше (кочевникам) всё приходилось изготавливать самим. Женщины ткали ковры, шили одеяла и циновки. Мужчины изготавливали предметы из (дерева), например, сундуки. Массивные вещи кочевым жителям были ни к чему.

Жилища и мебель осёдлых и кочевых (кыргызов) немного различались. Так ка осёдлых жителям не нужно было часто переезжать, они строили саманные дома. Вдоль (стен) располагались сундуки, а в (середине) комнаты стелился ковёр. На стены вывешались вышитые ковры.
