Street artists are a typical phenomenon for big cities, they fit organically into the urban atmosphere, complementing the street noise with their creativity. To demonstrate their skills to the public, it is not necessary to have a special education. However, not everyone is allowed to perform on the streets. The rule that applies everywhere is that street entertainment should not restrict the safety of pedestrians or vehicles. In addition, performances in one place should last no longer than 30 minutes or hours - depending on the city.
