I'm going to tell you about my summer hollidays. Well, first of all I have to notice that it was the best summer I've ever spent.
I had visited Greece this summer. It was fantasric! I saw many old churches there,
I'd seen the sights of the village from the back of the donkey. It was marvelous.
I'd met new people. Made some new friends from different cities. Moreover I'd improved my English. It had became better after this trip. I'd became speak fluently.
After my trip to Greece with my parents I'd visited my granny.
I can't say that it was fantasric. It was ordinary. I visit her every summer.
When I arrived to St/Petersburg I'd became riding mi bike. I'd had a great experience of doing it.
After this summer I'd decided to go in for sport. To ride a bike, professionally.
To conclude, I'd like to say, that it was terrific time I'd ever spent!
Julian woke up very early that morning. It was very quiet in the flat but Julian COULDN'T sleep. It was his birthday and he wanted the day to start as soon as possible. He liked birthdays MORE than New Year or any other holidays. The curtains WERE CLOSED and it was almost dark in the room. "When Mum's awake, she'll come to my room and give me a kiss. She WILL SAY, "Happy Birth- day!" and give me a present. It' s going to be something useful — a woolen sweater or a pair of leather boots". Julian sighed. He had always dreamt about a dog, but the parents were against it. Suddenly, Julian HEARD that the front door opened. Then there WAS some funny noise in the corridor. "Happy Birth day!" Mum and Dad entered the room. They were wearing coats and looked very happy. "Look, what we HAVE BROUGHT to you!" Dad opened the large bag — bright brown eyes looked at Julian from inside.
I've met lots of nice people in my life but Tommy has always been my best friend. I met him in school when he was a funny red-haired boy. His father was a famous opera SINGER. Sometimes Tommy’s mother took us to his father’s PERFORMANCES. Tommy's parents had a big beautiful house and he had a lot of EXPENSIVE toys. But all those things were not important. What brought us together in our CHILDHOOD was the hobby we shared. We both enjoyed reading science fiction and adventure books about pirates I and travellers. We had lots of adventures ourselves. Tommy was brave and was always ready to stand for me. I knew that I could rely on him in any DANGEROUS situation.

I am sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy your picnic as much because of the rain. My family and I don’t really go on picnics but we quite often have BBQ at our house. However, I do sometimes have picnics with my friends in the park near my house.
I’ve heard many bad things about the weather in England and, to be honest, I don’t think our weather is as bad. We often have very warm and sunny days.
