Nutrition is one of the most important factors that determine human health. Indeed, at all times, the creation of a food base has been the key to the survival of people, the basis for the prosperity of any state. What is a healthy diet? Recall that the human body contains about 60 % water, 25 % protein, 10 % fat, 4 % minerals, 1 % carbohydrates. At the same time, the body is not a warehouse where everything laid down is stored in an inviolable form. There are constant processes of exchange, some substances are burned, oxidized, removed, and new ones are needed instead. It is nutrition that binds us closely to the environment, and food is the material from which the human body is built.
An important priority of Kazakhstan, voiced in the Address of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan's way-2050" - "common goal, common interests, common future", is to achieve a leading position in the world food market and increase agricultural production. The development of the food industry in Kazakhstan is currently particularly relevant in the changed external environment - with the entry into the Customs Union and the planned entry into BTO5, as well as in connection with changes in the internal environment - in the conditions of population growth, intensive growth in food consumption and changes in the structure of consumption towards higher quality and diverse products [1].
