1. Do you have a healthy lifestyle? = I do. I think it's important for everyone because when we look after our physical health, we feel better in general too. Due to leading a healthy lifestyle, I feel fitter, more relaxed and can cope with different things much better.

2. How much sleep do you get every night? =  I usually sleep about 7 hours every night.

3. What exercise do you do every week? = I usually do some aerobic exercises.

4. Do you have a balanced diet? What do you eat? = Yes, I do. I make sure to include a plenty of fruit and vegetables in eat, and fish and eggs are important part of it too.

5. What makes you feel stressed? = The thing that makes me stressed most is arguing with my friends and parents. I can feel terribly alone during such moments.

6. Who gives you support? = When I feel uneasy, I always have my best friend's shoulder to cry on. She always listens to me and gives best advice.
