В процессе которой две команды соревнуются на специальной площадке разделенной сеткой. Смысл игры в том что, мячом нужно попасть на сторону противников. Волейбол является одним из наиболее популярных и доступных видов спорта. Чтобы играть в него не нужны большие финансовые затраты и особенная физическая подготовка. Пляж, мяч, друзья – и можно начинать веселится! Я люблю этот вид спорта не только за то что это очень интересно и весело, но и за то что волейбол достаточно полезный вид спорта. Доказано, что регулярная игра с мячом оказывает общее закаляющее и укрепляющее действие на организм, а также значительно повышает выносливость организма.
Также волейбол отлично улучшает кровообращение, укрепляет сердце и сердечно-сосудистую систему, положительно влияет на легкие и дыхательную систему. Стоит отметить, что регулярные занятия волейболом укрепляют опорно-двигательный аппарат, улучшают подвижность суставов. Мой любимый вид спорта - волейбол. Он развивает во мне много качеств - точность, сдержанность и сбалансированность. А главное, после каждой игры я чувствую себя сильнее. Ведь спорт - залог здоровья.

I like sport. It plays a great role in my activities. Most of all I like to play basketball. I am the best player and often take part in different sport competitions. Sometimes we win them but sometimes we lose. Basketball is a team game. It is played in any season because it is an indoors game. It is played in a gym. But sometimes you can see streetball - basketball in the open air. There are two baskets in this exciting game and only one orange ball. Players must throw the ball to the basket and get to it to score a goal. There are two teams with only five players. Many people are keen on sport because it makes us healthy and help us to be fit. When you play any sport game you are active and it helps you to burn many calories. Basketball is an active game. It makes people be strong, healthy and energetic. It is a game for everybody even for disabled people. To my mind any sport is risky and dangerous. Basketball is risky too because every minute you can break your arm or leg or get another problem with your health. I like playing basketball most of all. And I am a basketball fan too. I enjoy watching matches on TV and at the gym. I have been to the gym. It was the greatest game I have ever seen.

На мой взгляд, любой вид спорта рискованный и опасный. Баскетбол тоже, потому что каждую минуту вы можете сломать руку или ногу или получить другую проблему с вашим здоровьем.
Мне нравится играть в баскетбол больше всего. И я также фанат баскетбола. Мне очень нравится смотреть матчи по телевизору и в спортзале. Я был на матче в спотрзале два раза. Это было здорово.
