This is a family comedy that is uplifting and funny and touching, because in the film there are as funny scenes and touching. the main strength of this film is jim carrey.the hero of the film is the man who is obsessed with his career, he's a real professional in the business and may enter into any transaction. he is divorced and has two children who consider him to be a lousy father. one day he receives a parcel from his father, in which there are penguins. what to do with them? to get there is first the thought of the main character, but his children are delighted with them, and he begins to understand that he doesn't want to part with them. and of course he has to choose, on one scale of the quarry, and another family.the presence of penguins in the movie though. it is connected with them most of the jokes of the film. each of them is unique and each needs its own approach, with the main character, is perfectly capable. it was the penguins have become the highlight of this film and brought a picture of the special originality.penguins mr. popper is a good family movie that will appeal to both children and adults. and of course it makes a wonderful gift for fans of jim carrey.
