On the foreground we can see three happy children with the dog. Chidren are dressed in warm clothes,so it means that the weather is pretty cool! All wear scarves, warm hats and coats. So,we can suggest that the picture captures early spring or late autumn. Snow is not visible in the picture, but the weather is bit frosty.
In the background we can see the parents of their children. They are also happy but some tired. I think they may be carrying heavy backpacks or they simply don't keep up with their frisky children.
I chose this picture,because when I saw this painting I remembered about walks in the park with my family . As they are, I walked and had fun in a far and bright childhood.
