I believe that our family is healthy. I think that to be healthy we need to implement some rules. 1) If you want to stay in good shape you must eat well - this means eat the right food. Our body needs fresh fruits and vegetables, we need meat, milk and cheese. You need to be careful about how much you eat. Our family is trying to avoid a lot of high-calorie food. 2) Our family spends a lot of time outdoors and in the gym, we never forget to do exercises. 3) finally, you should not forget about sleep. My parents are making me go to bed at 22:00 because teenagers need 8-9 hours of sleep every night is necessary for all who wants to be to succeed in school, sports, and not feel exhausted afterwards. We don't watch TV late at night, relax your brain. Avoid drinks with caffeine and bright light before going to bed.
