I have recently visited your shop.The shop assistant at the fitting room was extremely rude.I personally think that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.When I saw that the product was broken, I immediately called the sales department to inform them.Luckily I found a shop that was open, and I managed to get another pair of shoes.I was quite surprised when the shop assistant refused to give me a refund.I managed to speak to the manager, who finally dealt with the problem.I cannot get my printer to work, even though I have carefully read the instructions.

B: Actually, it is being served right now.
