Chip(s) и crisp(s) (chips - American English, crisps - British English) - исчисляемые существительные, но чаще употребляются в форме множественного числа - сhips и crisps (хрустящий картофель), и с ними во множественном числе соответственно употребляем глагол множественного числа (у неисчисляемых существительных нет множественного числа и только можно употреблять глагол единственного числа), а также с существительными chips и crisps можем брать местоимения: немного, мало, много - some, few, many, как для всех исчисляемых существительных.)
