2) She speaks English fluently.
    - Does she speak English fluently?
    - What language is she fluent in?
    - Is she fluent English or Spanish?
    - She speaks English fluently, doesn't she?
3) This article is interesting.
     - Is this article interesting?
     - What is interesting?
     - Is this article interesting or this magazine?
     - This article is interesting, isn't it?

Chip(s) и crisp(s) (chips - American English, crisps - British English) - исчисляемые существительные, но чаще употребляются в форме множественного числа - сhips и crisps (хрустящий картофель), и с ними во множественном числе соответственно употребляем глагол множественного числа (у неисчисляемых существительных нет множественного числа и только можно употреблять глагол единственного числа), а также с существительными chips и crisps можем брать местоимения: немного, мало, много - some, few, many, как  для всех исчисляемых существительных.)
