Here is a famous proverb: Money talks. Money has always captured people’s attention. People always eager to own it because being rich means to be respected, to be powerful and to have freedom. Nowadays there is a widespread opinion that the only thing young people are interested in is money. Let us take a closer look and further investigate this problem. On the hand, it can be true because for a lot of people wealth and financial stability are the most valuable things in life. They work very hard and do as much as they can to succeed. Some of them are ready to spend their youth to achieve goals. Sometimes they are focused on money and success so much that it seems that there is nothing interesting for them beyond wealth. And they may even become cruel or emotionless. On the other hand, everybody is different and has different values and beliefs. There are a lot of young people who start working as volunteers because they want and like to help other people. There are students who choose to become scientists and engineers. They are ready to work for little money because they are keen on their work. Some of them make a choice to become doctors in villages and towns with extremely low salary. And I know a lot of people who have made such choice. To sum up, I suppose that for some of us money is the most important thing in life, however other young one size fits all people pursue absolutely different goals. My conclusion is that it is wrong to use one size fits all approach to everyone.
